‘Start date’ – this is the date when you first sign up to Addy

Your ‘monthly billing cycle’ commences from (and end at) midnight on the last day of your ‘start date’ of that month.

You will be charged for the month in advance for your selected plan

At the end of your monthly billing cycle, you will be charged in advance for the next month’s plan, as well as any additional charges for the previous month i.e. additional API calls on top of your selected plan limits

‘Free’ Plan (500 look ups) – NO this is not required

‘Monthly’ plans – YES payment in advance is required through automated credit card payment

Yes, you can both upgrade and downgrade your subscription at any time (monthly plans only). This can be done by logging into your account or through Addy support

You will receive an email notification when you are within 80% of your selected plan limits, from here you can choose to upgrade your plan to the next level to increase the number of look ups for the remainder of the month, or if you exceed your monthly limits you will be charged $0.06c per additional API call

If you upgrade your plan mid-way through your monthly billing cycle, you will be charged at this time the difference in price between your existing plan to the plan you wish to upgrade to. Your subscribed look up’s will be increased accordingly through to the end of your monthly billing cycle.

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew for your next monthly billing cycle, and you will be charged automatically at the start of this monthly billing cycle.

If you upgraded your subscription, your renewal will be placed automatically on the new plan until you made any further changes

Addy takes privacy seriously and we do not disclose or share your personal, logging or usage information; unless required by New Zealand law. Addy use industry standard encryption for all web traffic and applies strict security controls to ensure your information is handled securely and complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act.
